EXCHANGE POLICY
At Khuram traders, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please note that weΒ do not offer returns or refundsΒ β onlyΒ exchangesΒ are allowed under the terms below.
Exchange Window
We accept exchange requests withinΒ 7 daysΒ from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange, the item must meet our exchange eligibility criteria.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
In its original, unused condition
Free from stains, marks, perfume, or signs of wear
Unwashed and undamaged
Returned with original packaging and product tags intact
Please note:
Unstitched articles that have been stitched, altered, or customized in any way are not eligible for exchange.
Sale or promotional items are not eligible for exchange unless the item delivered is defective or damaged.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of an exchange due to a defective or damaged item delivered by us, the shipping cost will be covered by Zebtan Official.
For all other exchanges, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
